The work start from designing user flow, designing product structure/information architect and create mid-high fidelity wireframe after UX researching. To ensure the quality of the design, we communicate within design team and software developer for both website and apps projects using JIRA, Overflow and Figma.

Designing interface for web, mobile, and applications with understanding about user’s experience. Enhancing the design to be user-friendly and answer the client‘s need at the same time. Also, create a prototype in InVision for client to review to have better visual and experience understanding about the usage of website and applications.
Lead and coordinate the delivery of digital projects to ensure the integrated elements of digital projects come together on time and meet stakeholder expectations for data integrity and product quality.. Facilitate the definition, idea generation and delivery of web products that link to marketing strategies and integrate digital approaches and creative design.
Clients: Microsoft, BBC Radio, Tingalingo, Tapilo Lead design team to ensure that all works are completed with high standard on schedule. Review all works and find focus group to do research for user testing to refine ideas before application launch. Keep current apps design and usage is up-to-date.
Produce work plans and coordinate the efforts of the creative team, including digital art directors, creative and media managers, web traffic and search specialists, development teams and technical staffs. Lead design team to ensure that all works are completed with high standard on schedule. Review all works and find focus group to do research for user testing to refine ideas before application launch. Keep current apps design and usage is up-to-date.
Manage new client start-up and website launch process, including calls with clients as needed. Client account management through the entire client life-cycle of updates. Manage help desk and coordinate production across the team, manage “do it or delegate it” decisions with support request.
